Do you want to speak Norwegian?
Lillesand voksenopplæring (Adult Education) offers a course for immigrants who wants to learn to speak Norwegian.
You can take a course to learn how to communicate with the locals, or maybe you want to take a national Norwegian test to be able to study, or apply for a job in Norway.
The course is free if you are an immigrant with a duty and right to learn Norwegian. Others have to pay for the course.
